Sabbath
Today went well. Britty had a Handbell concert at the Hemet SDA church. Everyone loved Izzy's performance also. She blew kisses to everyone as she left. I guess she thinks she's Elvis or something. Izzy has left the building! I spent this evening watching her while Britty and debbie worked the snack stand at the Mesa Grande Basketball game to raise money for softball. After Izzy went to sleep I watched Idiocracy.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0387808/ or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiocracy.

It was funny and well worth watching, but not for kids.

TGIF, not really!
The work day is over and the kids have all gone. I'm not really looking forward to the weekend. I think I'd rather the work week would continue. I don't feel very happy today.

Quiznos

Yesterday on "Flex Day," Wednesday a whole bunch of teachers and I went to Quiznos for lunch. I had the Flatbread Chicken Caesar salad and a bowl of Chili. It was great and really hit the spot. I must say that I am a major fan of Quiznos. Everything I ever eat there is good. Maybe it's just that I am a so hungry by the time we have lunch, but it doesn't matter to me what I eat, it's tastes good.

Poor sick baby
Poor little Izzy is sick. Last night she was up and down all night long. Debbie took her to her Doctor and she had a temperature of 104. She getting better and when I left this morning, she was almost back to normal, except that she was very tired. I think we've all been very tired. Debbie and I went to sleep last night by 8:00 PM. That's early even for me. I really hate to see Izzy sick though and I feel helpless when she cries. It really upsets me to hear her cry.

It was my first day back to school from Christmas vacation. It was nice to get back into the swing of things and be at work. i really enjoy the kids and the work. Nothing really exciting happened and the lesson went off with out any trouble at all.

Work
I can't wait to get back to work and have a break. I am getting bored of staying at home all day and not getting much accomplished. I have a strong need to get things done and have some concrete goals and see my results. Also my class is much more calm and organized then home. I just got done cleaning up the backyard from the dogs and that's an accomplishment for the day. How sad!

Selfishness
Something happened today that really made me upset. I just wonder how a person can act that selfishly towards someone they supposedly love. I've always tried to set an example, but I think I've failed some how. The bad thing is that Debbie went right along with it. What the hell is wrong with them. It wasn't directed at me so I'm just not going to say anything unless asked about it. I feel so bad for that person.
